Fabien Rorato advises investment funds, French and international groups and their management teams on all aspects of their long-term financing, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint ventures. He has also developed a recognised practice in managing relationships between shareholders, from implementing preventive solutions to dispute resolution.
Fabien holds a PhD in Private Law, a Master's 2 in Company Engineering and a D.J.C.E. (company legal advisor diploma), from Aix Marseille III University.
Before joining Oxynomia Avocats in 2019, Fabien began his career at HPML, then worked at UGGC Avocats.
Fabien Rorato has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2013.
